Can you hold a place before I apply?
We comply with all local, state and federal laws including Fair Housing laws. All applications are considered complete once the entire application process is finalized along with supporting documentation. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We perform a detailed screening process that includes income verification, credit review, eviction and criminal history background check. Evaluations and terms are determined once the application process is complete. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All occupants 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application. -
Is the deposit refundable?
We comply with all state laws that govern tenant security deposits. A deposit is typically refundable contingent on a move out evaluation to ensure no damage to the property. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Contingent approvals may need a co-signor that would be required to also be on the lease. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
Rent payments can be made in various ways. The most common is electronically through a resident portal. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
Assuming pets are allowed, we would gather the necessary information on our pet for approval. Pet fees and/or pet rent may also apply. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
Leases are under the name of all applicants over the age of 18. There are no partial leases. Everyone is equally responsible for the rent payment. No partial payments are accepted. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
You will need to notify the management company in writing of your intent to vacate with the required notice time frame referenced in the lease. After that you will be contacted with more information on the move out procedures. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
It depends on the repairs. Generally, each party will comply with the repair obligations as referenced the lease.
